I got it from the description, I’m asking how does it actually translate into the AI power. I’ve seen some full AI Buff screenshots and AI built decent fleets on par with the player, but have no time to see how necessary are these boost bonuses.

@Dwag Zhongson the "Lite" version does not give the AI any artificial boost, it just improves the techs and Projects they pick.
If you wan't them to get a boost pick the AI BUFF version with out "Lite"
