Ok all mods are stored in:

Steam > steamapps > workshop > 784150 >
You will see a folder for each Mod - this one for example is 3484410002

Open it, and in the subfolder you will find a file called "Building" which you can open in Notepad

Just add the line $HEATING_DISABLE anywhere in the body of that file and save.

Heating disabled :)

...I think these buildings should have their own heating; they're ideal for creating old-fashioned helmets at the start of the game.

Hi felipe, it doesn't but you can easily add heating by modifying the building.ini file if you want to do this. Let me know if you need to know how to do it.
