Yes, some can be reset, but you have to search carefully, it is actually the bone that is in Blender, but using logic, the bone is where it rotates.

Thanks, I noticed it's on the bottom of the targets if you want to reset it. Not exactly clear on how to reset them when you flook at them, but at least I know how to now

Just hit E on the target and they will alternate their position, except for the Texas star, since it loses targets it is not possible to reset it.

No way to reset the targets after getting shot? What?
