I can no longer produce troops, or anything? I have the resources, and it will que up the build, but once complete, I get nothing. Not even a return on what I spent either.

Beautiful, minimalistic and complex. My only suggestion is to improve game timing a bit, it feels kinda slow sometimes. And I would change the color of the icons of the units, since it is hard to see it is a weapon that indicates unit type. Nice work, the russian community always getting put of the box!
