This needs far more work, the way its animated is also really weird, the idea isn't bad but the execution is. I would far more suggest you change it so start quickly with the dirt kick and then taunts you afterwards, think, opening his arms wide and calling you an idiot, would feel a lot smoother.

Idk it's well animated, but it seems out of place. Maybe it would be better if scout kicked an object like a football, bonk can or a water bottle.

I like the dust idea, but I don't think it would make sense on maps that are more industrial and grassy.
