I absolutely love unusual effects like these, but sadly, I'll never be able to get one since all I have now is one crate key and 3 dollars. lol

If this is a real question: The concept was made a little over a week ago. Accumulative, it took me roughly about the same time that it took for the Soldier to teleport bread in Expiration Date. A day or so for sprites, a day or so for making the effect and a day or so for the images and video spread out over a week.
