Another mod I use is the job mod. In that mod you can play as tainted Job who's entire mechanic is you get double item pedestal spawns but on the next floor you will loose half of the items you gained.
Thing is though is that if you're playing as tainted Job and you pick Baal Altar. Everytime you use it and place down an item, you also spawn an additional item because of tJob's gimmick. And because Baal's altar has no cooldown, you can basically just spawn infinite items.
This isn't really a bug or even an incompatibility as both mods are doing what they're supposed to but this interaction is really funny.
