Sorry. But I gotta agree with the people below, this item just kinda takes the theme of Offshore at face value and adds not a whole lot to it.
(Though, I will say that this does look better then the H.O.W.A.R. simply because it doesn't look like something out of a pixar movie lol)

Something like your Starboard Smoker set I believe works much better with the idea of Offshore and TF2's artstyle!

maybe it's because HOUWAR is an old limited time item with >300 in existance? Nobody likes or wants winter 2021 slop but since a lot of them exist from unboxing those items are dirt cheap. And presence of shit hats in game desn't justiffy addition of new ones

The way the squid sticks out will look weird and jarring ingame, and I think the idea of a giant squid on your head is too out there for tf2. You could execute the idea more subtly with maybe like a small squid in pyro's pocket or something

I like it but I feel like its a bit much for a normal "hat", seems like something you would rather see for Halloween, but I guess it does fit the theme of "Offshore"
