Love the mantles! Could you perhaps add the Spacer Cloaks to the list of preferred apparel (and leader's authority apparel) in the Reform Ideology interface? Currently all the other mantles are available for selection, but the spacer cloaks don't feature on the list.

I like the style but your mod has an empty patch folder, an empty language folder, and an assembly which with dlspy looks like it contains nothing and based on what your providing looks like its useless? called template.dll?
