There is one with the solidarity rebels, and frankly i don't see the point of replacing the rebels with these guys so really that won't exist.

My first thought was this NPC from a experience on Roblox called Meet the Demon Core, and there's this NPC named refugee with a bandaged up face and if you talk to him he says "Brace" and kicks you off a bridge.
