I tried unsubscribing, deleting the files, and resubscribing, in case it 's the bad mod file system causing the issue, but no fix.
Is this because I'm on version 114?

Goodnews: I can see meaningful additional complexity to for the hate management. It felt too simple and now there is something more about it
Badnews: To make a new version for that, i will need to put some research and development because of the system completely different. so i can not promise an update soon
However: You can still play the game on the official current early access version (0.4.90A) by
1. Clicking right mouse key on the game on steam library
2. Select Beta Participation
3. Select None
For 0.4.108 & 0.4.109 i might able to begin development latter this week

This worked until the dev updated all other builds to this 108 version in preparation for the next live version update
But i took some time to sit on the issue. I update my utility mod manager to 0.32.4.0 and test on the game version 0.4.90A and surprisingly the mod did works well. i could not re-create any errors.
I have some questions:
what game version you run?
do you run more mods that require the utility mod manager and if so what are they?
did this mod did work in the past before some update in game/untiity manager?

Ive gone outta my way to be nice to them and...Just cant get a NAP, like the option doesnt appear on the trade screen for me to even offer.
what i said about doomed relationship true only for the servants and protectors, because of more then 150 hate. hate below 30 is not much of a problem
by the logs i can tell most action targeted the initiative and some the servants. so the mod seems to be working yay! thus the other human ai factions will gather passive hate against the initiative and servants and passively decline hate against you (the academy)
May need to click "raw" and then zoom out on your web browser to view it in correct indentation.
I went into the save and set the hate for HF, Initiative, and Resistance to 0. I am Academy. There is passive hate from those 3 factions, while Exodus doesn't care much.
From what I can tell, the pro-aliens factions don't have increasing hate - but obviously I screwed with them a lot (should their hate be decaying?).
the mod have a debug mod, so we might use it. to enable the debug mod make a file with the exact path "C:\Temp\NoMoreJealousy.txt" and only then run the game. you can then disable debug mod by deleting this txt file. tell me what you see there
What version should it display?
I don't know why the image fails. It works for me. Try removing the .jpeg and see if that helps.
Yes, this mod used to work for me on the main branch. But ever since the new experimental branch, it stopped working. It might have something to do with the newer jealousy changes and ideology distance the devs worked on; I.e. virtually impossible to get NAPs, according to some discussions, unless you're behind.

I had ~150 to their 8 at one point. But they didn't break NAP and started getting hate until I reached Jupiter, while they were stuck on a base metal shortage.
Yes, it is checked. Though the version I have appears to be 1.0.1. Is that the wrong version? According to your image it should be 1.1.2 by now. Do I need to unsubscribe and resubscribe for it to update?
I haven't finished any 15k+ Story research, yet.
Might this be due to some new update changes?
perhaps you finished a story mission that made a big impact and they hell naw'd that. Again Academy is pro-alien even if not subserviant to them, and they would definitely be like, resistance mission objectives = bad.
it could also have been an accident like you both went to purge the same country, and their agent's action came after yours, so they purged you, unintentionally breaking the nap.
