I got a red error early on in a new colony, before they'd built any beds or sleeping spots (they have tents), where Cuddles was looking for a bed. Portion of stack trace that I think should be sufficient:

Eh, sorry for not acknowledging comments, @Luneyl - Surely it does, but I don't meddle with animations, so I personally have no interest in including it. Not that I'd know how to anyways lol

Could this use lovin' animation from Yayo's Animation (Continued) ? It looks harmless enough for cuddles.

As for implementation, Do Lovin' When Idle made harmony patch to use Yayo's animation at some point, maybe you can check it.

Why do cuddles give more mood than lovin' that doesn't make any sense
Instead it should stack with lovin' to cuddle before/after lovin' :D

I love the idea of this mod, a more wholesome version of lovin, but it seems anyone can cuddle anyone even if you have physical love set to spouse only. A cuddling precept separate to physical love would be nice.

I assume you're referring to the Free and Approved Precept, or do you mean the standard Free Precept as well? The former makes sense, but why the latter?

What does this Mod have to do with Furries? I mean, the thumbnail involves Furries, but what does that have to do with the Mod? To be clear, do Pawns that cuddle do so only with their lovers or spouses? If they cuddle randomly with each other... that's pretty messed up.
