Looks dope. If you are looking for feedback, I am not so sure about the inverted wings. I would like some magma on the feet too.

You have the right idea, but the design could do better. I hope you will rework head, wing, and feet. By rework I mean a complete different design on these parts. Head should be more like Flemeth in Dragon Age. Wing should be more like Dragon wing. Feet appears to be lazy designed, check "Fascinations of Flight - Belt" one of Void Spirit's piece that is bird feet but has dragon-like appearance so you can design even better than that.

Keep the chest, belt, and tail they're perfect!
