For some reason Lebanon gets a core on Maine when you reorganize them.

Also the traits for the President don't work either, though I'm unsure if it's bugged or if you just haven't implemented them yet. It's the ones where you need to meet a certain requirement, like being at war with a communist nation or having a Republican Secretary of Foreign Affairs. They always stay "inactive" even when it's met.

@W. Reorganizing Lebanon doesn't work. See after Iran falls you get a normal peace deal, and if you annex everything you get the reorganization options. The Iran and Yemen ones work but if you click the Lebanon one nothing happens, they just stay annexed. But say you go to war with someone, it shows them as being capitulated in the war menu. I'm not sure if it's just completely broken or if it has something to do with the war against Israel/Iran's faction. In my play-through Israel lost and was annexed by Palestine if that makes a difference.
