by any chance could this mod cause some tools like the rope tool to be blocked off by the player thats using it because i somehow cant spawn ropes and similiar tools unless i crouch after getting this mod

Draconic Base isn't actually required to make the animation work. Just the Extended Player animations and DynaBase alone make the animation play perfectly fine.
