When subscribing it calls to subscribe to both mods of poljanan. Are both required for this submod to work or can I just use nonchang and this mod without the Islanders of the moon?

so i get that grimhammer basically made huge improvements to warhammer 3 but im wondering what they change and improved for the jade-blood vampires: islanders of the moon im about to start a new campaign with they and i dont really want to go in blind if u guys know what i mean please and thank you.
