why is my police still my half-life 2 like metrocops

I love the background lore of these guys makes them fit in to half life giving the idea the Combine are using human police forces and military forces after the 7 hour war to defend all of the earth cities in North and South America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa but there now brutal in there enforcement of the laws. And I imagine to these people they cannot fighting back against the combine since they got the first hand experience of the Combine Empire strength in the 7 hour war, and choose to serve them over opposing the combine.

@[ThλtGenericPyro] tbf, Wolfcl0ck already has an HL1-style Barney that uses the unused BMSF PASGT (an honestly kinda goofy-ahh asset from Valve) from the beta.
