@redhawks75 if you click on tourists coming to your city, it will say (for example):
"Nature tourist visiting Small Park"
or
"Sightseeing Tourist visiting 2X4 Parking Lot"
Personally it annoys me, so I set the number of tourists to neighborhood parks, parking lots, etc to zero.

If you want people to go there, you can plop a "Park People Generator" inside

It's a very nice park! However, I don't really understand the reasoning behind having tourism capacity set to zero? This way the park is visually dead since no cims will ever come to visit...
