when u click sleep its shows sleeping comfort good with pillow but below it shows comfort and pillow nearby "no"

I think it would be a good idea to be able to break down comforters into materials like rags or sheets.

This was one of my fave decoration mods, no pressure but I hope you update to 42.9 soon!!

Very nice. Finally my bed looks comfortable instead of a bare mattress.

It could be a sandbox option for spawn on bed chance and something like 5% would probably not lag it out.

@MEMQLI I just wanted to add decorative items to the game and prefer to keep the mod as simple as possible rather than focusing on realism. In the game, having too many items placed on the floor can cause lag. I think that would happen if bedding spawned on every bed in every house.There’s also the issue of blankets clipping through when scattered on beds placed near walls

but pillows can spawn on beds why dont you want

I have tested the mod in-game(build 42.4) and checked the console, but I couldn't find any errors related to the mod. The bedding still works. Thank you for enjoying my mod!

@Paulibear I'll try the mod on a 42.4 build over the weekend and see if it works or if I get any errors.

@Quilava Unfortunately, if the bedding were to be placed like furniture, it would need to be registered as a tile along with the bed furniture. This would result in significant differences in the current 3D objects, graphics, and placement method. The only available option is to place it using the item placement feature.

I use this mod in old save, just need to find unexplored area, it look so dam cozy, but is there anyway so i can put it down like a furniture instead of place item? Im kinda picky when these bedding doesnt stay perfectly line up

@Mike My Test results show that mod works flawlessly without any errors. Since it only adds items, I’m confident that conflicts with other mods will be minimal.
Make sure your game is on the Build 42 beta, explore a new area where chunks haven’t been loaded yet, and check the wardrobes there!

@Mike The mod works fine. The bedding does not spawn on the bed but in wardrobes—check wardrobes in the living room, bedroom, etc. The spawn rate isn’t too bad, so you should be able to find a single-size comforter soon. If you added the mod in the middle of a save, you’ll need to check wardrobes in unexplored areas where items haven't been loaded yet.

I've added it in my current playthrough and found tow pillows ( a "large" one and a bunny ) with two types of comforters ( single side bed and two side bed ( if you know what !I mean ;p I'm a bit lazzy tonight )). Found it few blocs away from my actual base.

@InnerBamster Bedding items are mostly just for decoration.
They have no more function than a pillow in vanilla.

@Angrybeast You can add the mod mid-save. However, new areas (unexplored ones) are required. Bedding will spawn in closet of the new areas.

True. I guess. I just want a visual thing tho, don't care if it added comfort or not.

It's probably a me thing from the fact I always add the sleeping bags to the beds in fallout4 via a mod. Who wants to sleep on some bedbug, lice and flea ridden mattress when you can use a sleeping bag on top lol.

Oh, and your comforters make great futon style floor beds ^^
Slap the double over the single floor mattress or just on a floor tile area, and you got a comfy futon. (Even if it's just for looks lol)
