That's the same with all the decals on the workshop. If enough people vote that they like the decal, it might make it into the game, but they aren't there yet.
It shows great in-game (at least in the workshop app, which simulates in-game). I tried to make all gaps wide enough so that it looks good and identifiable from any distance.
Far away distances do make it appear a little pixelated, but that's just the nature of the beast. It should be viewable from similar distances as the already existing in-game decals.
