both periscope cameras slowly lose electricity and i think alot more things do

can't run it for long without infinite elec

it kinda does, nto fully but too steep of an angle imo

IT does not go straight down unsless you damage it

can you cap the depth hold to a certain angle so the submarine doesnt go straight down?

yes, all that is fine. it is much more rare, i dont know much on the interior, so i completely understanding you having to make your own interior. would it be possible to make it as a minelayer, or a cargo sub? the xb's role was initially for minelaying, but towards the end they were used for cargo, with a famous instance of the u-234 surrendering to america with german and japanese officials, uranium, and me-262 jet fighters on board. as for the size, i have an ok enough computer and i use echos bigger workbenches, could you make it as an addon and/or vehicle? thank you for taking the time to respond! i will try to get some information of my own, especially on the interior.

Hi it woud be honor for me to do it. Coud i make it? yes and no, from outside i can get it look 1:1 in scale and visual, but issue is i cant find anything showing it from inside, if you woud be fine with me making my own interior then thats fine for me, but also keep mind due to its size it woud be hard to optymize for multiplayer use, let me know what you think

hey, this is a huge request, and i don't really expect you to do it, but could you make a german xb type u boat? the were the largest and there were only 8 made, and my great grandfather sank one of them, the u-233. i have been fascinated by them but I can't find much about them and would love to have them in this game. i also think it would get you a lot of downloads, because i'm pretty sure there's no other type xb u boat in this game.

As i said we will add no guidance, but we made guidance work so you can just enjoy it wihout knowing how to use torpedos in real life, i understand that you have knowlage and skill, i also do but most pepole dont, Hope you understand

I have no problem with it. I love the U-boat. Have you ever seen the Vesikko CV-707 some user made? the older model. It has guidance, but its very very very weak, so it still aids with aim, but it doesnt pull 100gs lol. I definitely love this u-boat thats for sure

We will upgrade it soon with version that you can select if you wanna use guidance or what, we only did it becouse for 90% of averge pepole they woud not be able to hit it anyways if we did not made it, in real life tho wihout guidance they coud do pretty much 90 degrees turn or 180 degress depending on torpedo, keep in mind

I love this so much. The only problem I have with it, is that the torpedos are like guided missiles, they can pull 100gs to turn around and hit a target. Normally that would be fun, but in multiplayer, it defeats the purpose and is super OP. Will definitely use it again though

I don't give comments on mods usually but this one is really great. compact, easy to understand, and operatable alone. A bit of nostalgia back then when I played Silent Hunter lol. you are a very talented modder.

Fun fact: IIRC the prototype of this type was U-69, most famous for sinking the SS Caribou.

Thanks for good comments!, i also played uboat and this model was made accualy thanks to accurate uboat game, i have decided it woud be cool to be able to play uboat on multiplayer so i have made it with help of my friends :)

Awesome Uboat, it doesn't lag like the others, it's very realistic. I can easily operate if i play alone. My new favorite Uboat.
