You can set the spawn and max values really high and hide the counter. And for combine dropping armor there's a seperate addon for that

imagine you also do it with the quick fix system like putting with the left hand the armor plates and still holding the weapon in his right hand and you can still attack with that weapon you're using like the "Quick Fix" Perk in Warzone

i binded this command and then it got overidden by headtrack_reset_home_pos (which is an unknown command) dispite the fact i didnt bind that command? idk whats going on with it

Yea unfortunately, i tried work-arounds but they're only for receiving loadouts at respawn

ok after looking through the luas, a line called "ply:StripAmmo()" in custom loadouts addon was the issue, it removes your addon's ammo (plate) count with everytime i reload a loadout, thus if i want to use the armor again i would need to kill npcs and pick up the plate drops from them.

this conflicts with custom loadout addons where reloading loadouts in the same session would lock me out of the armoring function entirely

Alot, But I tried rebinding and it wasn't working. There was also the issue where picking up plates didn't add them to my count.

after messing around to fix it i have found pda stalker addon caused the error and disable it now it worked fine

just realized mighty foot engaged addons gut an update recently

i did disable and enable my addon one by one to find out what other addon conflict with this and if i enable more than 3 or more addons at once it will caused an error on this addon. also when i enable kick mod "mighty foot engage" will caused an error. not to kick mod but this mod

The delay is intentional, however the issue with first spawn is weird since in my testing it works. I'll look into it

forgot to mention, i've used other armor plate addons and none had this issue, spawning me with an armor plate as intended

for some reason when i first spawn into a map, i don't spawn with any armor plates even though i have it set to spawn with 1 plate. but if i die and respawn, then i get the plate after a short delay. it could be some kind of user error, but i have no idea what addons could possibly conflict with this in that kind of way

Oh? yes it's unfinished, it wasn't supposed to be released in my last update... Oopsies-
As for the HUD, I did originally plan for it to show up in certain conditions but I had trouble with making it so i just settled for it being always displayed. I may come back to the HUD and Armor box someday since my attention right now has focused to something else.
