Sfm workshop uploading sucks so I'm not discounting the possibility file got corrupted during upload but so far only one person has reported this

By textures I mean the actual VTF files as well, which doesn't seem to make much sense

It seems to be any lighting - if it's not a problem on your end, maybe something went wrong with my download because the hair card textures just look like opaque black and grey blobs rather than hair of any kind.

cannot replicate this issue. does it only happen in specific lighting? if not, it's probably your sfm that's broken
