I noticed a strange thing... pumping a building gives effects, for example, 2-4 administrative loads. (Next improvement) gives 4+ effects to the effect, but cancels the previous improvement. It really upset me... 18 hours of playing were wasted (
And such a nice topic, but at the expense of that. Unfortunately, I didn't like it.
