i check the main mod comment section, it might be because the main mod have stopped working that affected this dei version.

dont know why but it doesnt work for me either, i try the load order and disable all the other mod i have during the testing. weird

not 100% sure about load order, i left it as default and it worked for me
but try this order:
Battle LOD Remover
DEI Part 1
DEI Part 2
DEI Part 3
DEI Lod Remover
