Figured it out, it was Tomatekh's Historical Religion's. I have over 170 mods, i tested all of them systematically, and all 178 worked with this mod when Tomatekh's was disabled. when I enabled Tomatehk, the game could not be loaded.

It works without Tomatekh's, i literally tried to run just this mod, the other three kingdoms pack, the official DLC, and Tomatekh, and it crashed.

We have never encountered this problem. Could you check with only all the official DLCs and the 2 Three Kingdoms Leader Packs?

Games are refusing to load with this added. it says this mod cannot load all of it's content. i have a bunch of phantagonist mods, any idea what could cause this?

Loved the first one, only bummed out their aren't more govenors (jai xui, zhou yu, etc,) down loaded ^^
