Secondly, in the process of finding these mods, I ran across a very interesting proposal, and since you seem both capable of and interested in this section of CK3, I thought I'd toss it your way.
The idea is thus: MAA and followers should use provisions as upkeep. Currently, Adventurer MAA are relatively free in terms of passive impact on a player - you can just park 5k units in a province indefinitely and not even bother with quests. Giving MAA an upkeep would (a) make provisions an interesting mechanic in late-game adventuring, (b) add a sense of urgency that would keep players moving around, and (c) punish players for dragging around massive armies.
