The mod is great, but I noticed that AI still building new building in all of the cities like they have plenty of money (not sure about the time).

I can also suggest to change the reforms date, e.g. for Rome instead of 40turn for first reform it could be set to 120turn or something like this. This change could really be game changer :)

It's not updated to latest DEI beta, don't use it. It works only for 1.3.4
