Gday Garou, here are some ways to get an axe using IWK+:

- purchase at vendor
- craft on a utility bench
- craft on kenshi basic workbench
- find in loot (sometimes one in hub loot)
- our wilderness wanderer starts have an axe as starting equipment
- other IWK+ companion mods add more survival items to vendors
