the lobbies are based off ur mods, like the join random u guys have to have to same mods, this is only effective if the mod isnt vanilla compat though

found one issue that occured with holdens thunderstore version: it ALWAYS shows one extra player in the lobby
basically > 2/4 = 1 3/4 = 2 4/4 = 3
