Just updated the mod, added the patch for the titles. Sorry for the wait, now it should work at least with the original royalty DLC, but VFE: Empire support is as well planned since I got a bit of free time to spare

These look great in-game and gives you skull-hoarding tendencies but unfortunately as others have mentioned they do not work like a normal throne :(

I have the same issue as Kelarius, and can confirm is not an issue with VFE Empire, because I don't have it installed. The skull throne is not recognized by the game as a valid throne for noble titles that require a normal meditation throne.

I am not sure if there is another mod conflict, but Ornate Grand Skull Throne does not seem to count for throne room requirement. I am using VE Empire, and have this mod loaded below VE Empire. If this is the assigned throne for my noble pawn, I get the Undignified throneroom issue. My current noble is a Knight. I was also unable to accept the Knight bestow quest without building and assigning a different throne.

lilwhitemouse, from what I understand, the mod got broken in 1.5 Through I already have a couple of ideas on how to make it work. For now my #1 goal is to finish the stellic throne (which takes longer than expected because this time I'm actually making it from the scratch lol), but afterwards I'll look into making them accessible to all

@speedentron: By the way, there is a mod called Thrones For All that lets anyone use thrones for meditation - that might be what you're looking for?

Like I can still use the other thrones as "supporting thrones" for higher end titles, but even the ornate one only satisfies the despot title, so I can't use any of them as my throne room's primary throne I have to use a normal Stellic. Plus, I think another, bigger, super skull throne would be great, either way, still works nicely with the bones and ivory mod.

Might need a "Stellic" version too, because these thrones barely satisfy the first few imperial title requirements, which sucks given how awesome the designs are.
