@Gesugao-san This mod doesn't interfere with the Surveillance Center since it doesn't use a sonar overlay

I have tested the functionality of this mod.
It works fine with the Submarine Navigation Terminal and Shuttle Navigation Terminal.
But unfortunately, it breaks the texture of the Observation Center. Please fix this. :meepfail:
