For the machine gun turret, check if the value of "AI Allowed Aim Spread" is set to something like 3+ and if it is set to target infantry/infantry groups.

Can you make a new GAZ Tiger with a PKM light machine gun that will only be against infantry and jeeps and with an ammo box in which bots and players can replenish ammo and HP? With destroyable windows but it will be much stronger and can be broken if you shoot at it with large calibers

Rotation is limited to 180 degrees to make it balanced similarly to other (vanilla and modded) HMGs. Bots using it are already configured to target aircraft.
