I have, however, good news for you. If it is personally a deal breaker for you, it only takes a couple minutes to edit the borders to your liking by loading the map into the terrain editor
Feel free to edit it further to your liking and even publish the edit if you so desire. I only ask for a link to the original.
The topology of the map is hard to me, I don't do well building on hilly land, and I like to have space. I thought it was a bit constraining, and that it could be flatter between the foot of the mountains and the sea. But I like the mountains and the sea because they make more realistic and natural the construction of the city and spaces.
I will be waiting for a south american river delta map, because I`m from here lol, and If you are willing to update the map a bit.
About the siberian biome, I would need to find an idea I really vibe with. This map was the result of my severe disappointment with the jungle biomes dlc and community completely skipping the carribean/latin american region, which is just dripping with character.
Before I get on that I will probably attempt a more south american river delta type map.
