Zak, theres a mod called Frosty Mod by Grimes, you should check it out on the internet, sadly its not on steam workshop.

The files have different speed limits depending on the road, if its local, expressway or highway, but im going to update the mod real soon with your feedback, so countries are somewhat above of what its consider safe for driving on snow, but the update will come with that fixed.

i crossed several countries with it EST, LT, RU, PL, H... i though your mod would make trucks driving at 60/70 km/h and cars like 70/80 at most but maybe i mistaken what you did

They are limited to 80kph max in pretty much all countries, can you tell which country is above 80kph, so i can change it soon

i don't use promod. I only have scs maps. I use frosty 10.0 (the latest) and tryed to put your mod above and beneath it, trucks were still driving 80 or 90 km/h on fast ways and cars faster

@Wildust I tested and it works, maybe you are using promods and winter speed limits its only for the SCS map

Hmmm, it should because the mod its universal, but i will test it out today

doesn't work today in 1.55 with frosty winter installed.

This mod only changes the speed that the vehicles travel on the map, it doesn't matter and affect anything else.

@BLACK_PANTHER5557 the idea is to work with frosty mod, since that mod emulates winter and also with the physics mod, would make it ideal to run this mod.

Most countries has a reduced speed limit for harsh snowy weather, cars limit has been reduced by 20 to 30 Kms, Germany unlimited speed limit has been reduced to a 110kms/h limit down the highway and expressway, meanwhile trucks and buses has been reduced to the same speed, which in the research I made for this mod, was the most common speed I saw.
The mod was made for 1.53 and also works with older versions of the game due to the way has been structured, when new dlc places will come out, the mod will be updated, a ProMods add-on is in consideration, it really depends on the feedback of the base mod.
