I can't seem to figure out how to build Midgar? I have the mod enabled. Started a fresh game with it. Am I missing something? It was the only mod I had enabled.

This looks like an amazing mod. I would really like to play it, but I see compatibility issue’s in the current form as the original units would be heavily edited by other mods. Could you make the mod standalone? Shinra is in their own lane in terms of power.
