With bigger mods such as Millennium Dawn, the devs of the mod have their own scripted diplomatic actions overwrite which means my addition of the Recall Volunteers will simply be overwritten

It works with any mod, though I'd recommend turning off this mod if the mod you mainly will play already has this feature
