When I turn the engine off the RPMs starts to lower until they reach 60 and try to restart the engine, wasting fuel overtime and even dry the tanks. There's any solution or it's a new bug?

This is a pretty good build, the artillery also isnt accurate which is another point of accuracy as not every artillery are 99% accurate
