@catboyClawjob and @N3ON! before starting a new game, click on the distribute button over the nation you want to control, then from there click Sandbox of Doom at the bottom of the tech tree. Once you start a game just place it in your territory. If it doesn't work still then verify integrity of the game. I am having no issues playing the mod.

@Hunter2Hunted I see what you mean now. I started a new game and once the alliance is formed the ally does jump to 999% production also. In a past play through for me that wasn't the case though. I was still sharing my research with my allies manually.

@PlatinumSwords Every time I make a faction even if I don't share anything my ally still gets the economic and research bonus no matter what. I even tried changing some of the code for the Sandbox.

@Hunter2Hunted The only way your members get the bonuses is when you do an economic partnership. That is the only time any of my allies have gotten the bonus. If you have two or more members though the AI will obviously vote to win that contract so be careful inviting members.

Sometimes there's a glitch where mods won't work unless you uninstall and reinstall the game.

There's no mod menu, but the mods you've subscribed to will appear on the main menu of the game just beneath the title. If the mod doesn't have a green check mark next to it, click it. That will enable it.

To everyone who missed it, this adds a building that increases your research and production modifiers by like, 11,000% or more, resulting in building and researching becoming instantaneous. Search under fixed military structures in the production tab and then plop the sandbox of doom down somewhere inside of your territory.
