If so, the issue occurs because TSLRCM overrides the baseitems.2da file from my mod, which leads to the crash during the Harbinger/Sion scene.
Reinstalling the game doesn’t fix it because Workshop mods remain stored separately. Here’s how you can resolve it:
Navigate to:
(...)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\208580\
Each numbered folder here corresponds to a mod’s Workshop ID:
485537937 = TSLRCM
3370296858 = My mod
Copy the baseitems.2da file from my mod’s folder and paste it into TSLRCM’s folder, replacing the existing file.
This should fix the crash. Let me know if it doesn’t, there might be another mod conflict and I’ll try to help.
Instead of using workshop, I advise you to install my mod manually through nexus:

Unfortunately for me, the mod crashes my game just before meeting Sion, and also just before getting Kreia on board of the Ebon Hawk.
I did try to reinstalling, but does not work.

I implemented something that I hope is a temporary fix by removing my changes to original Darth Traya entirely. Just load a save before you return to the Polar Academy to Atris, and it should be fine.
Turns out for some conspirological reason both Atris and Traya referrenced by the same n_darthtraya001.utc file I've edited, but since they're packed in different modules, they create different npc's, BUT as I edit a single file, they both turn into one.
I think I will get around this, eventually, but as of now I'd better just make the game completeble.

Once you update, be sure to load a save BEFORE you enter this tomb with visions.

I wonder it this mod compatible with AxC's mod.
Then the Sith Triumvirate happened, she was betrayed and exiled as a Sith this time around. And she presents herself as a complete exile, probably to better resonate with Meetra (the MC) I guess.

Btw, if you're already past the Kreia and Sion point, you can still receive the lightsaber as long as you haven't boarded the Ebon Hawk, so give it a try)
