sorry for the self plug, but this is a cfg file that has the right-ish values for the fog. the only problem is it's a cfg file you have to manually run each time you want the fog to look like that. on the plus side, if you uninstall the skies mod the fog won't be affected and will remain vanilla

FF97 was trying to more directly recreate the leak aesthetics with texture replacements & all that. This was just a cheap and easy method to make something that worked in all maps & with all skyboxes. It just applies a $color2 command to the VMT to make it look like piss.

Wait are these really yours? I remember FF97 working on a similar looking mod called a (b)leak enviroments.

I guess it fixed it, only seeing a few visual issues like in some parts in anticitizen one and follow freeman where I can see where the skybox ends sometimes but no major issues

1. Options menu > graphics > HDR level
2. mat_hdr_level <0-2> in console/autoexec.cfg

HDR universally looks terrible anyway so I keep it off.

@V92 I turned on hdr through steam launch commands, I wasn't sure how to turn it on except through that way, I don't think Im having that issue anymore

Let me take a look. I'm guessing something in HL2 anniversary update changed, but damn if I can figure out what it was. I even tried copying the vanilla files and it kept making that bug happen.

In episode 1 where you fight the gunship at the roof the top of the skybox texture shows a black void or black missing texture

Black skies in Ravenholm & Nexus rooftop should be fixed now.

Yeah, I like the mod a lot, but I'm experiencing the same issues as Arkham'sMostWanted. Black sky for the Ravenholm level and the others they've mentioned.

Maybe! There is room to make it more dark but i dont think the colors look bad
It gave a awesome and different vibe especially for the coast chapters

Hi! Loved the mod so far but it seems to have a glitch during Follow The Freeman! In the section where you have to go through the roof..the sky just turns black
