If you mean the screaming one, then that one is his screaming death sound played a bunch of times due to a funny bug in the game involving clipping out of bounds.

Well I looked through all the videos form the youtube channel about Trimming Sails. There's still one question bugging me... Most of the sounds the character in the videos are in the rivals character, but there's also the other sound effect they make sometimes. Sorry I'm so vague, I just can't describe the sound. If you know the one I'm talking about, what is it?

The Fyre alt we add on some characters is a reference to the main character of a canceled Wind Waker-esc game called "Trimming Sails". We just like the game and are sad it was canceled so we pay tribute through the alts.

@Ketsueki Kitsune its a variable that developers would need to add to their own stages; nothing that would be automatic, if that's what you're asking. I honestly can't think of any stages that *do* use it, besides Frisk's own stage of course. It's the same variable used for Shaunt's Girlfriend buddy, so it isn't exactly *new*, but I haven't heard of that much support for said buddy. Flow's stage will have it once it gets final music, and Kitimek's stage will have it on release, but those aren't current, obviously.
