Install black autumn player model selector on workshop and in bottom left of player model selector you will see a hands tab

The hands have a separate bodygroup tab. You are turning off the playermodels bodygroups not the hands. Switch to the hand tab and disable bodygroups there.

And its the same on every other model (i should mention that its only a problem when in first person when I go third person its no longer a problem)

Heres a example of whats happening is i remove the claws and shirt bodygroups but when I respawn they are still there (in first person)

They are primarily for weapons and vehicles

Could the any TFA, SAA, ARCCW, LVS, LFS, MW Base, Arc9, Gredwich, DrGBase, or C.W 2.0 mods be causing the issue

No, I don’t have this problem so I don’t know. Try uninstalling all your mods except this and use the x64 branch of gmod
