it's kinda crazy how long some of these designs stayed in the game, this texture might be the last one they worked on before they re-did the whole design for E3 2004.

i also feel like this design could be used for combine depth charges or something, maybe used by dropships to flush targets out of water

to be fair, I think this design was quite frankly more consistent to it's name.
A rollermine, a naval mine reverse-engineered to ROLL around on land and explode in water.
