@FG so i guess what the problem is. I'm using airborn infection with corresponding filters from these mods. They provide framework and compatibilty to many modded masks

Somehow doesn't seem to work with modded masks at all. Halfmask respirators from "better masks" and britas is what i checked.

hello, so the way it work is , when we use the gas mask and we have the modded breathing sound, after about 5 minutes or less , the sound effect get muted until you restart the game.

I have plenty of mod alongside this one, so, there might be incompatibility, i don't know what the vanilla game look like with just this mod, maybe it'd be different but it's not something i'd be willing to play on... sadly the only way to go on is to disable this mod and sound is fixed-

Its causing the sound effects to mute, not the music , it just mutes sound effects like walking, drinking, cutting food etc.

The sound muting bug may be an issue with the "Filter x5 x10" mod and this mod being used at the same time it seems.

i tried again in vanilla like five different times and it still happens so i guess it's not another mod
Having the same issues with sound effects going mute requiring a full restart. Long modlist but no bandits.

I dont think its due to this mod specifically, but for the record I was wearing the gas mask from the H.E.C.U mod, and I also have a Filter x10 mod.

i'm playing with bandits week one. after driving around for a bit i took the mask off and the game went mute except for some ambient sounds from the mod week one so i'm pretty sure that's the problem
