Would be cool if there was a mod that universally made bullet penetration more realistic with humans,sometimes staying inside them instead of coming out the other end.

@hellgateadam You can only edit a gun you've already spawned. If you spawn a new one, it will have the default settings.

there are no mods that conflict this, sadly thats not the solution. does saving work for anyone? it keeps giving me the original stats of the gun when spawned

i can get the cartridge editing to work. but when i save it, it comes back with the original statistics..

FOR THOSE THAT CANT USE THE CARTRIGE SECTION, DELETE ANY MODS THAT EFFECT THE GUNS POWER SUCH AS "weapons size effect its power mod [new update]"

@fentachu You can only see the difference if you shoot a human. You can try even higher numbers.

@DynamiteJohn. All weapons. I changed the damage to something absurdly high, like 200, and nothing changed.

Any weapon, I tested it out first before posting the comment to make sure its not just a glitch on one of the guns. Very strange, I shall do more testing.
