On a more serious note, the head doesn't respond to the submaterial tool when literally everything else in this model does. Not the worst thing in the world since it can still be shrunk down to nothing with a bone tool, but might be something to look into anyway.

@toasty, there is an actual chance that Bell is Stone. Afterall, Bell was brainwashed in Cold War to be a British Soldier that worked alongside Adler. Stone and Bell both use almost identical Uniforms, and they they both act like is similar to each other.
