It's not enforced in the b42 version, one of the issues with having a 41/42 version is that it is not possible to unlink/link requirements on this page. It makes me want to separate all my 42 mods to be honest... also the limited description space makes it tough as well.

Updated to b42 and verified working, the mod check is different in b42.
