i don't know if you've seen the sprite i made but i just removed the head and left the weird crest thing since it was the least out of place looking option

I love this, def make them feel more independent from humanity. Suggestion: for the gore sprites you could add blood where the snout is supposed to be (cause you can't add snout as you mentioned before).

I imagine the lizard people are suposed to look lize

the heads are modified but their snouts didn't fit most canvases so i had to improvise

the gore sprites are unmodified but other than that great texture pack very silly and cool
