The Nyste in particular will in fact eventually be the faction's bomber analogue, as its return.

As for the Type 20C, we initially wanted to add it but well, the Type 20B already proves incredibly effective out of large capital mounts which is something we've only just managed to adress and now we're worried introduced a C4 variant would be even more problematic.

I'm hoping to eventually at least see it added to FU because its kinda a favorite concept of mine but well, yea.

You can use the Nyste via FactionsUnlocked. As for the Type 20C, it's a hypothetical Class 4 variant of the 'Magnum' family that we continue to debate adding to the mod. And yes, Kuiper WILL get carriers. We're taking our time to get them right, so there will be no ETA until they are effectively finished.

I cannot see the Nyste class Gunship ingame. Additionally, some descriptions reference a 'type 20C' coilgun which sounds quite useful, yet I cannot find it anywhere. Are these just not in the mod yet?

Also will this mod ever get carriers?

(btw I absolutely love this mod, keep up the good work!)

Yes, AGMlib has been accidentally released with it's discrete logging enabled - IE, probably the vast majority of these errors are "x feature was called and executed correctly". It's a feature meant to allow AGM (and mod devs) to track down when things don't work more easily, but it's not exactly meant to go life lol

looks like the range buffs work on the FCR now (at least in test range), though the console is spamming with warnings lol. not sure if that's AGMLIB or not, but at least the functionality is there

It's an issue with AGMLIB right now. Out of our hands until that update drops sadly. After that though it's DEFINITELY all our fault if it doesn't work lmao

Yes, this issue has indeed not been fixed. Unfortunately, it seems to be rather a bit of a mess.

still experiencing the same issue as before after doing another test in the test range. integrated fire control has a stated range of 13.4km after buffs, still only locks at the default 6km range

VLS stands for Vertical Launch System, TLS stands for Tube Launch System. It is exclusively designed to be used on the Cadonia Missile Frigate, but just so happens to fit on other mounts.

Ah, you're looking at the TLS. Those do NOT scale with mount size, and are a fixed size. VLS is the vanilla launch tube system. TLS not scaling is a deliberate choice for balancing reasons and the fact that it's an exclusive weapon system.

i did a lookies, and it seems the VLS doesn't scale on my end, it remains a static number of 15, 10, and 4 for the non vanilla torp/missile launchers and don't scale with slot size with capacity like bulk and reinforced mags

I LOVE THIS MOD.
kinda been lowkey using it to represent one of my PC's fleets in a starfinder game i am in lol
i am hoping for a hull soon that can carry lot's of lil fighters (or missles!!) once you guys have the means of doing so
I do love all the new and neat lil guns in it as well, i just gotta remember to make sure AP rounds are at the top of the list and not frag/airburst XD
there are some missing item descriptions, so i do get a lil lost on what things do, like not realizing fire control target locks, an indicator would help lots
i also thinks stackable missle silos would be amazing (like instead of selecting a fixed cell armorment, its 1 cell that scales to fit the size of mount you place it in, like magazines)
anyways, i'm waffling on, am sorry, i love this mod, the ship designs are top notch, perfect for broadsides and face tracks. and silly PD shenanigens

it seems like the integrated fire control processor still doesn't get affected by range-increasing modules. I have a ship with multiple range-increasers that work on the search radar but do not work for locks, so the ship can still only lock at 6km

You are looking for the Radar Suit Integrator in compartment slots for search and the Fire Control Processor in module slots, respectively.

Unfortunately the latter currently does not receive range buffs as it's meant to due to a vanilla bug that we are working on.

Pleeeease make one of the spacecraft look like the Jackal spacecraft from Call of Duty Infinite Warfare, the bigger ships work way too well as budget UNSA ships from that game. Maybe the carrier, if you're doing one, can have an offset part to make it look like a usa supercarrier.

THis is a known issue with the way that vanilla calculates the FCR stat at runtime - for some reason the equation at runtime does not take the modifiedMaxRange but only the MaxRange, which is the base range of the radar. We are cautiously working on a script patch but also exploring alternative options.

The C84 integrated fire control processor is meant to be the radar used for locking on, right? It has a listed 6km range, and in the ship's sensor stats, it claims to be affected by radar-related buffs; but trying to increase its range doesn't seem to actually work. It remains at 6km and the lock is lost if the target goes further than that

There are buff modules for the coilguns. You are looking for set of redundant charging pathways.

Is it intended that there are no buff modules for the coilguns? As Legacy versions benefit from gun buffs but the modern coilguns all have reload stats that can't be buffed.
